Man, if you’re still sleeping on Noah Guy – it is fully time to wake the f– up. Sorry for the aggression, but I just feel that passionate about this guy – Noah Guy. We’ve been tapped in with Noah for years now, and he commanded the stage of our first ever Sheesh show a year ago in LA. But with “BIG BOYS DON’T CRY,” and his last few releases, it’s just become much clearer where Noah Guy is headed.
With “BIG BOYS DON’T CRY,” I couldn’t help but think about how Noah is like the modern day Justin Timberlake. He’s just got the sauce. In the co-directed music video, you see Noah dip into some animated choreography of his own, selling each lyric with his body movements and contortions. His visuals have really been on point from the jump, helping to tell the story he already does so well within his lyrics.
If you've seen any TikToks from Noah, then maybe you also are wondering how his singing voice and talking voice can be such polar opposites. But his vocal range and tone is addicting, and the production takes the foundations of early 2000’s R&B and polishes it off with modern nuances. With an all-around elevation in his project over the past 6 months or so, Noah Guy is headed to the top, and we couldn’t be more excited for his journey there.
