Ever since 2020, Tate McRae has been on a steady climb to success. Following many accolades, including features on Forbes’ 30 Under 30, Billboard’s 21 Under 21, McRae is ready to take the next step up the pop sensation ladder, as she prepares to release her debut LP.

The album, titled i used to think i could fly, is set to come out May 27th – approximately a month after she wraps up her North American tour. While there is still a bit of a wait before fans can claim the album as theirs, the three singles from the record, “chaotic” being the most recent one, as well as the promise of a supporting act on Shawn Mendes’ fall tour, should be enough to hold fans over until the big day.
