There's one thing that continues to surprise me – very talented artists – who happen to still be super early in their careers. At just 16 years old, Australia's Bryce Morgan already brings a polished and mature tone to his music, blending guitar acoustics with new age hyperpop elements, creating an enticing individualistic lane of his own.
In his latest single, "BETTER NOW," Bryce Morgan wastes no time reeling listeners attention in, with a self-produced guitar beat, and ominous vocals, sounding far from what you would expect from a 16 year old. The chorus is simple, but an ear worm that anyone who's dealt with pain can find solace through singing along. With just enough splash of electronic/emo hip hip production elements, Morgan finds a sound that is familiar, but with a refreshing twist.
With a future looking very bright for Morgan, I'm excited to watch his sound continue to evolve and see where he is a year from now. With only 425 monthly Spotify listeners as of writing this, consider yourself lucky to be this early. Check out "BETTER NOW" below.
