Jah Darko has a unique way to bring energy to a track that not many artists can accomplish. The Maryland-born and LA-based artist’s recent track, “Say Dat” is a prime example.

The production style on “Say Dat” brings repetitive horns and boisterous 808s that make for a perfect concert song. He also brings lively flows that match the production to perfection.

His first release of the year, “Curtains,” features Johan Lenox and takes more of a relaxing approach with psychedelic synthesizers and beautiful vocal performances from him and Lenox. Jah Darko’s grand atmosphere he brings to a track is really different, and he is going to be somebody that breaks through in the industry very soon.
