Blxst is easily one of my favorite artists out right now. Embodied by a westcoast bounce and dripped out vocal melodies, “Keep Calling” – produced by Blxst himself, may be the R&B artist's most enticing single yet. 

Driven by a hard retro-inspired bass line, the production gives an elevated Blxst vibe — one that is just pure top-dog energy. And rightfully so, I believe 2023 will be Blxst’s biggest year yet. No one is really singing melodies with the soul like him, contrasted with the ability to lay down hard lines just as effortlessly. Recruiting a solid verse from Larry June, the two are locked and loaded, not letting anyone get in their way.

The fact that Blxst produces his records too is just the icing on the cake. He’s the full-package, dedicated to his craft and it shows. I especially rocked with the simple, yet effective California-based visual for this one. Let this anthem serve as a friendly reminder for all of us, no matter what happens, keep ballin’.
