About a week ago, some alleged tracks from Lorde’s third album were leaked online. Lorde posted a note on her website on Monday, June 7th with a provocative photograph of herself from below displaying her body. After last week’s rumors, it is confirmed that the first single in her new album is called “Solar Power.”

The rest of Lorde’s message states, “arriving in 2021… patience is a virtue,” alluding to the four years in which she has not released any albums. Projections regarding Lorde’s new music have been increasing with the announcement of her performance at Spain’s Primavera Festival in June 2022.
